Boxes2u stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your order.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the purchase date.
We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
✔ Returned within 30 days of purchase date
✔ Returned with a valid proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
✔ Must be in the original packaging
✔ Item is faulty, damaged or missing
Excluded Items (for returns):
✘ Returned after 30 days of puchase date
✘ Sale / Clearance items
✘ Flammable Liquids or Gases
✘ Any orders placed outside UK Mainland
Please note: We will deduct shipping costs from your refund if the items are not faulty, damaged or missing.
The Return Process

Once we have received your return request, we will inform you if our returns department has approved or dissaproved your request

Pack & Ship
Once your return has been approved, pack your return items. Include a note specyfing your order number. Ship the return back to us via a Tracked service

Once we receive yoour order and it has been inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund

Have you received my return?
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received.
You will be notified via email has soon as your return has been processed.
How long will it take to process my return?

Unfortunetly, we cannot accept returns from any orders placed outside UK Mainland.
