We are based in the heart of Greater Manchester in Bury!
No, we do not operate a minimum order value.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE for all UK Mainland orders over £100!
If your order value is less than £100, please take a look at our delivery options here!
All orders placed before 12 PM (Mon - Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Any orders placed after 12 PM on Friday and over the weekend, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
You are able to check the status of your order in two ways:
1. Shipping Confirmation email:
You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Within the email you will find the tracking number. Click on this to track and trace or alternatively visit the couriers tracking site.
2. Online on the courier's website:

All of our parcels have been carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your order does arrive damaged please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at info@boxes2u.co.uk or +44 (0) 161 399 3051.
We will require images of the damaged product, to carry out an investigation to try and prevent damages happening in the future before replacing or refunding as appropriate.
Yes, we can deliver on both Saturday and Sunday. To receive a Saturday or Sunday delivery, simply choose the delivery option at checkout for an additional charge.
Please note: You must place your order before 12 PM on Friday to guarantee weekend delivery!
Yes! You can choose to pick up your order from our Bury Warehouse at checkout. You will receive an email notifying you of when your order is ready to collect.

We deliver to the following countiries:

Please add "Order Cancellation Request" to the subject line.
However, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, then unfortunately it is too late to cancel your order
Firstly, make sure that 3 working days have passed since you ordered your items before you get worried about your order.
If 3 working days have passed and you have not received your order, please make us aware by emailing us at info@boxes2u.co.uk, and add "Order Not Arrived" in the subject line.
We will then check the delivery status with the courier and come back to you once we receive further information.
Meanwhile, please do the following two things:
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct
- If your delivery address is a home address, please check with all members of your household and neighbours if they took the delivery on your behalf. If your delivery address is a work address, please check with your post room and colleagues whether anyone else took delivery on your behalf.

We accept the following payment methods:

Safe and secure payments with PayPal
You can still checkout with PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Once you have been directed to PayPal for payment, simply click on "Guest Checkout" or "Pay by Debit or Credit Card" at the bottom.
PayPal is a safer, simpler, smarter way to send and receive money online.
Paying with PayPal is also faster. Once you've linked your card or bank account to your PayPal account, you won't need to provide all of your card details every time you shop online.
Signing up for an account is easy, and it is free. All you need is an email address.
You can still checkout with PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Once you have been directed to PayPal for payment, simply click on "Guest Checkout" or "Pay by Debit or Credit Card" at the bottom.
If you’re having trouble with your credit card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank.
Enter the name and credit card number exactly the way you see it on the card.
Before you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.
Alternatively, please try to pay again using a different card.
Yes of course! We do not send invoices in our parcels or automatocally email them to you.

Returns

You can find your order number through the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
If you have an account with us, you can log onto My Account and click on orders to view your order number.
Your order number should start with B2U followed by a series of numbers
e.g. B2U12345
Once your return has been accepted and we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund.
You will receive a confirmation email from us highlighting the return amount.
It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be visible on your account.
