Same Day Dispatch | Details

Any orders received before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. 

Any orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched on the Monday.  

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only offer delivery to:

- Mainland UK
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland

Do you dispatch orders on the weekend?

We do not dispatch orders on a weekend.

All orders are dispatched on working days (Mon - Fri) only.

How can I track my order?

You are able to check the status of your order in two ways:

1. Shipping Confirmation email:

You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Within the email you will find the tracking number. Click on this to track and trace or alternatively visit the couriers tracking site.

2. Online on the courier's website:

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your order from our Bury Warehouse at checkout.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not operate a minimum order value. 

Delivery is FREE for all UK Mainland orders over £100!

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Yes, Royal Mail Tracked 24 now delivers 7 days a week!* The best news of all? You'll pay exactly the same price for delivery on the weekend as on any other day of the week!

Please note: You must place your order before 12 PM on Friday to guarantee weekend delivery.

*Certain postcode restrictions apply for weekend deliveries.

Total postcode delivery exceptions:
 AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE

Partial postcode delivery exceptions:
DD9, 10, 11 DG5-9 FK17-21 KA27-30 KY10, 14-16 PA20-38, 41-49, 60-78, 80 PH5-9, 11-13, 15-26, 30-50 PO30-41 TD5, 15 TR21-25

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

All of our parcels have been carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. 

In the rare event that your order does arrive damaged please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at info@boxes2u.co.uk or +44 (0) 161 399 3051.

We will require images of the damaged product, to carry out an investigation to try and prevent damages happening in the future before replacing or refunding as appropriate.  

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we do deliver to Northern Ireland. 

However, you are limited to a 15kg consignment via Royal Mail services. 

Please be aware, it may take 2 - 4 working days for your parcel to arrive. 

For larger consignments, please contact us first for a delivery quote or to arrange your own transport.
