Delivery Service Update!
Due to staff shortages caused by rising COVID-19 cases and a driver shortage in the UK, all couriers are experiencing delays in their service. Please be patient in receiving your orders. Our staff are working hard to dispatch all orders on time.

Do you dispatch orders on the weekend?
We do not dispatch orders on a weekend.
All orders are dispatched on working days (Mon - Fri) only. All orders placed before 12 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day.
How can I track my order?
You are able to check the status of your order in two ways:
1. Shipping Confirmation email:
You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Within the email you will find the tracking number. Click on this to track and trace or alternatively visit the couriers tracking site.
2. Online on the courier's website:

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes! You can choose to pick up your order from our Bury Warehouse at checkout. You will receive an email notifying you of when your order is ready to collect.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not operate a minimum order value.
Delivery is FREE for all UK Mainland orders over £100!
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Yes, we can deliver on both Saturday and Sunday. To receive a Saturday or Sunday delivery, simply choose the delivery option at checkout.
Please note: You must place your order before 12 PM on Friday to guarantee weekend delivery!
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
All of our parcels have been carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your order does arrive damaged please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at info@boxes2u.co.uk or +44 (0) 161 399 3051.
We will require images of the damaged product, to carry out an investigation to try and prevent damages happening in the future before replacing or refunding as appropriate.
